TV Production

American Latino TV is a nationally syndicated, half-hour program that celebrates the growing American Latino movement in the United States.

American Latino tells the story of people living the American dream and proudly proclaiming "I AM AN AMERICAN LATINO."

Hands on production and writing experience are what's promised. Their goal is to provide Latino students with valuable industry experience to place them on track for a career as a TV writer or producer

3 days a week preferred and knowledge of Latino culture required. Writing skills must be excellent

Writing/ Research Interns:
*learn how to produce packages from scratch with segment producers
*research all stories for segments
*assist segment producers in coordinating and/or interviewing during shoots

Production Interns:
*learn post production and field producing
*log tapes and maintain media library
*work on specific projects assigned by producers
