The conference room rate of $159.00 plus tax per night is available until October 15, 2007. When calling to reserve a room, the group name is Northeastern Political Science Association. Your reservation should be guaranteed for late arrival (after 6 :00 p.m.). You must cancel the guaranteed reservation by 12 noon of the day of arrival in order not to be charged. On-site parking is available in the Crowne Plaza Hotel’s garage for an additional charge of $31/night.

American Airlines Discount Tickets

NPSA-ISA-Northeast participants will receive a 5% discount off the lowest applicable published air fare from all places where American Airlines provides service. To make a discount reservation, call the American Airlines Meeting Services Desk at 1-800-433-1790 from anywhere in the United States or Canada and refer to the Discount Code and mention authorization code A88N7AI. The percentage discount can be also booked on-line at www.AA.com for American Airlines and American Eagle flights only. This discount is not valid for use with any other discounted type fares, such as senior, child, military or government. There will be a separate ticketing charge of $10.00 USD for tickets purchased via the phone or $15.00 USD for tickets purchased at the airport. At this time there is no ticketing fee for reservations made and ticketed on www.AA.com.

International originating conference participants will need to call their local reservations number and refer to the Discount Code (STARfile authorization number).

Avis NPSA Discount Car Rentals

A group discount in the 5-25% range includes unlimited mileage and is available from seven days before to seven days after the conference.
