SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Participants
are urged to submit proposals via email by sending them to the appropriate
Section Chair.
Please submit your proposal
to the appropriate section chair. NPSA policy prohibits multiple submissions:
Participants can present one paper only at the meeting; however, participants
may also serve as chair or discussant on another panel or roundtable. This
policy is strictly enforced.
All proposals MUST
include the following information:
Proposal type (paper, panel, roundtable, chair,
or discussant)
An abstract for paper and panel proposals
Title of submission
Your name
Your position (faculty, student, profession if
independent)
Institutional Affiliation
Mailing address (summer and fall address, if
different)
Phone (summer and fall numbers, if different)
Fax (summer and fall numbers, if different)
Email (summer and fall address, if different)
If you have coauthor(s), the above information
on coauthor(s) is required
If you submitted to other sections, which is not
permitted, names those sections
If wishing to be panel chair/discussant,
indicate fields of expertise and include CV
For graduate students, name and address of your
advisor
