you are using Firefox or an alternative browser, try using Internet
Explorer first before asking for help. *NOTE:
Some of the files below are password protected and cannot be edited or
modified. When you attempt to open them, you may get a message telling you
that the file is protected and if you wish to open a "READ ONLY"
version of it. Just say "yes." If the file is in Powerpoint Show
format (i.e., *.pps), you can only view it as a show after double clicking on
it. If the file is in Powerpoint File format (i.e., *ppt), you can only open
a read only version of it but you cannot edit the file, however, you may
still use the "show" command to present it on screen. Any password
protection that pops up is merely intended to reduce the possibility of having
the file accidentally altered or edited but does not prevent you from viewing
